Delicious food and polite customer service from the wait staff. Portion sizes are good as well. A friendly atmosphere to have a great dining out experience for sure. They have a loyal customer in me for sure.

It was packed to the rafters when we got there, but the food and service were both impeccable.

My new favorite little spot in Richmond hill. We got takeout and everything was amazing. I’ve been to Italy and everything was authentic. Great NY style pizza, sandwiches, and the Italian bread was wonderful. It was our first time here and glad to support you during the covid shutdown. We will be back and can’t wait to try the dining room.

Best Italian Food I've had in Richmond Hill.. Margherita Pizza was on point!

A great place for a bite - Italian style. We had lunch, and well, some other reviews said a lite bite. We left with more food than we ate. All really good, and our server Raa was such a delight. We'll look forward to a return trip :)

Ordered an extra large pie with extra mozzarella, extra black olives, and extra mushrooms. I was told by the cook or representing to be the cook, that this is extra all over. That the mozzarella has hidden the extras on the pie... I paid $25.67 for something that seems.... you tell me? The only reason I gave two stars, was for the young women who took my call and rang my bill!! Overall, the flop was non-existent, the crust barely had any crisp, and the sauce was overly sweet(which is a preference). The pie seemed to be thrown together last minute.

I drove 40 min to have take out. 45 minutes later I was all ready for a large Supreme and Cesar salad. The large Supreme looks more like a medium. With sparce Supreme.... The Cesar salad dressing tastes like a blend of wishbone Cesar and poppyseed dressing without the seeds.I do have to say that the staff. I had contact with was very efficient. And the pizza had some great flavors. I just wish there was more toppings.

Dude, this is the best pizza you will find in all of Savannah, and I’m from NYC. Their sauce is amazing. If you don’t love their pizza there is something wrong with your taste buds. It can be a wait on the weekend but it’s totally worth it.

I went to this place earlier today around 4:30pm and the food is sooooo good and fresh! They are quick and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for some good Italian!

Typically have had good experiences here, but the past few times I’ve ordered the margherita pizza they’ve barely put any basil on the pie. The one I just picked up has about 1/4-1/2 leaf of basil per slice :/I uploaded a photo to show what I mean

This is what $46 worth of pasta looks like. They also forgot to give us the garlic knots that we paid for. (Always check your bag before leaving a tip). To their credit, their pizza is fantastic, but if you want a good value, avoid the pasta.

Can’t order one pizza? Has to be a $25 minimum order? Oh well I’ll go somewhere else!

First visit there and will definitely go back. Food was wonderful and our server Ashlynn was awesome even though the restaurant was full and she was the only server. She kept her cool and was professional and pleasant.

Since I cannot reply to the owners response, I never left the parking lot. never called the store and was never offered to have the order made right. Additionally, I left my FULL food containers in the restaurant as I did not even want to eat the food at that point. I had actually sat in the parking lot the entire time. And then the restaurant shared my personal telephone number on Facebook.

The food is delicious and authentic, with a rustic touch. Service is always delightful, and we'll keep coming back for more.

After moving to Richmond Hill from New Jersey we were concerned we would be subjected to chain pizza places with subpar quality,.we stumbled upon That's Italian Pizza - similar to a oasis in the desert this is a pizza you have been looking for. Crust is nice and crisp, sauce is flavorful and fresh tomatoes and the cheese is outstanding. If you have been surviving on chain pizza for your existence I strong recommend you order a pizza and see the light of delicious pizza the way it was intended. The wings are also outstanding.

Best Italian food in the area. The pizzas are exceptional. Be patient with the wait staff as they can get a little overwhelmed at times. Definitely worth a trip.

First time ordering from this restaurant. Staff was friendly. Food was good. But it took longer than expected. But it was Friday night. Overall I recommend this place to everyone.

A M A Z I N G ! ! First off - the customer service was great. That is always a huge plus for me because it comes so rarely now. We ordered a pizza, garden salad, antipasta salad and cheese fries. ALL of the food was beyond delicious! I haven't found a good antipasta salad since my favorite place in Lexington, SC closed. I know where I'll be every time I'm in Georgia now! The pizza was SO good. Everything was above and beyond for us! You definitely have some new customers! Keep it up guys!

The food was awesome. Fresh and delicious. Loved the atmosphere and the waitress. If you want the best Italian food then this is the place to eat. Whenever we go back to Savannah, GA will go there to eat again.

Ordered through Doordash they cancelled my order do to there being a minimum in restaurant but nowhere on doordash is there a minimum othere then the $12 for free delivery very poor service

This has by far the best NY style pizza in Richmond Hill. Most places I've ate at that claim they have NY pizza do not at all. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for pizza, plus they have a lot of other Italian dishes to cover the whole family.

Four of us had dinner here on our drive up from Cape Coral Fl on our way to Toronto Canada. What a hidden gem!!! We were told at the hotel that our restaurant choice was limited... thank goodness for google we found one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever eaten in. The stuffed pastas were made fresh and were to die for, my husband had stuffed pasta shells with meat sauce and I had ravioli with a vodka sauce absolutely outstanding! We had cheese bread and meatballs and salad... the portions were huge and the price was very reasonable. Our server was fun and happy even though she was busy... and they are actually from Italy!!! I hope this town knows what a gem it has in this place.... I have eaten in many Italian restaurants in both North America and Europe and I have never enjoyed my experience enough to bother with a review.... until today!Keep up the good work guys... and consider moving to Toronto... they would love you up there 🇨🇦

Great little spot. Stop here with my wife & daughter on our way to Disney. Clean restaurant in what appears to be a clean town. The staff was friendly and the pizza was awesome.

Tasty as always, but service was a lot slower than usual

We did takout saw the reviews and went for it. We ordered a margrita pizza $15.00 possibly the worst ever had over cooked not much on it at all 12" waste of time. Antipasta salad was bare minimum 2 olives cold cuts. Never again.$30.00 mistake
